Today the FDA issued a safety alert to warn healthcare providers and consumers about reports of liver injuries occurring in patients taking the weight loss drug orlistat, marketed as the prescription drug Xenical and the over-the-counter version Alli.

The Law Offices of Howard L. Nations Opens New York City Office

Nations has opened a satellite office in New York City to coincide with Attorney Howard Nations’ admittance to the State Bar of New York. The new offices are located on the 7th floor of the Rockefeller Center at 1230 Avenue of the Americas. Hydroxycut Products Recalled

Tuesday 05 May 2009 at 06:22 am On May 1, 2009, the FDA issued public health warnings about Hydroxycut products, initiating a national recall of the supplements. The FDA cited 23 reported cases of serious injuries and one death associated with their use. The Nations Law Firm is now reviewing cases in the failure of Hydroxycut.
