Bud Wiesedeppe has taken over 20 jury trials to verdict, in addition to many bench trials and arbitrations. His focus has been in supervising large and complex cases and dockets involving the coordination of clients, attorneys and staff as well as directing and overseeing discovery issues and participating in the significant motion practice that typically accompanies difficult cases. Additionally, Bud has experience in representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in commercial construction disputes, employment litigation and personal injury claims. Bud is also a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ)
Bud received bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from Kansas State University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
