Beginning March 5, 2024, all Veterans who were exposed to toxins and other hazards while serving in the military, here and abroad, may now enroll directly in VA health care.
President Biden directed the expansion of VA health care, eliminating the phase-in outlined in the PACT Act. Consequently, millions of Veterans are potentially eligible for VA health care up to eight years earlier than the PACT Act allows.
Beginning March 5th, 2024, all eligible Veterans can log onto VA.gov/PACT
or call 1-800-MYVA411 (1-800-698-2411) to learn more and apply for VA health care.
