There are lots of organizations accepting donations to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey. One that you may not have heard of is being coordinated by J.J. WATT.
#99 Defensive End of the Houston Texans, known for crushing quarterbacks on the football field, is known off the field for his compassion and altruism. He truly cares about people and constantly uses his celebrity status to help others in need.
Mr. Watt created a funding campaign to raise money for victims of Hurricane Harvey. The response was overwhelming, raising over $41.6 million dollars!
This money was used to provide aid and support to those in need. Thank you, Mr. Watt!
