Last month The Nations Law Firm was recognized for our participation and outstanding fund-raising efforts by Susan G. Komen Houston. The Nations Law Firm staff was invited to the Komen Houston 12th Anniversary Pink Honor Roll Dinner to celebrate and honor the Top 100 fundraisers for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
The spectacular event was hosted by Samica Knight from ABC13 and the guest speaker was the distinguished Dr. Melissa Bondy, the Associate Director for Cancer Prevention and Population Sciences at the Dan L. Duncan Cancer Center.
This year’s Top 100 Fundraisers raised over $562,500 which equates to 3,750 mammograms! The proceeds will go to cutting edge research, education, screenings and treatment.
What an incredible accomplishment and we applaud these extraordinary individuals on their commitment to win the fight against breast cancer!
