Flint, Michigan’s water crisis could bring about criminal charges as severe as involuntary manslaughter. Last week a federal investigation was launched that will involve prosecutors from the United States Attorney’s office in Detroit as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Inspector General and the EPA’s Criminal Investigation Division.
