Howard Nations explains, in his Overview of The Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022, that the government denied justice to 150,000 to 200,000 American military servicemembers, their families and civilians. He shows that the current United States Congress, with strong encouragement from President Joseph R. Biden, created a path to justice by passing the “Honoring our PACT Act of 2022” on an overwhelmingly bipartisan basis.
